What we install
A clearly defined package, carried out in full: the installation, the adjustments and the finishing that goes with it.
Kitchen and bathroom cabinets
Assembly, setting in place, fastening into the structure, aligning the boxes, hanging the doors and drawers, installing the hardware, then a final adjustment of the reveals.
Countertops
Laminate, quartz and granite countertop installation, with templating and direct coordination with the fabricator for the sink, faucet and cooktop cutouts.
Adjustments and finishing
Finished end panels, mouldings, toe kicks, light valances, wall returns and backsplash where needed: the details that make an installation look finished.
Bringing things back to level
Walls out of plumb, floors out of level, corners out of square: we correct with shims and framing adjustments rather than forcing the product into place.
Custom millwork
Modifying a box, building a filler, a return box or extra blocking when the building as built does not match the drawing.

Schedules held
A confirmed date is a date we hold. If something threatens it, you hear about it right away, not on the morning of the delivery.

Surfaces protected, cardboard and packaging hauled out, floor swept. Your end client sees the state of the site before they see your invoice.
Fitting into an existing schedule
We work around the other trades: plumber, electrician, flooring installer, painter. We fit our presence to your sequence, not the other way around.
Problems flagged, not hidden
Product damaged on delivery, a missing part, a drawing that does not match the building: it is documented in writing and in photos before anyone finds out too late.

ZioConstruction inc. holds RBQ licence 5883-7105-01, category 1.2, Small buildings. Subcategory 12, manufactured cabinets and countertops, covers exactly the work subcontracted here: you are not sending work outside the scope of our licence. Verifiable in the RBQ public register.
Civil liability insurance
Coverage in force. The certificate goes to you before the first mandate, and at every renewal if your procedures call for it.
CNESST registration
The company is registered with the provincial workplace health and safety board and applies its rules on your sites, protective equipment and securing of the work areas included.
Carpentry and joinery training
An AEP in carpentry and joinery, with experience in framing and finishing. Hanging cabinets is joinery work, not labouring.
A full set of tools
Cutting, levelling and fastening tools supplied, laser, clamps and jigs included. We do not borrow equipment off your site.
Equipped vehicle
We move our own tools and material, and can pick the product up at the fabricator or the warehouse if your logistics call for it.

Capacity and territory
We deliberately stay inside a radius where it is still possible to be on site quickly if something has to be redone. A small territory served properly beats a coverage promise that falls apart on Monday morning.

Questions we get from clients
Are you licensed, insured and registered with the CNESST?
Civil liability insurance is in force and the company is registered with the CNESST, the provincial workplace health and safety board; the certificates go to you before the first mandate, without you having to ask for them. RBQ licence 5883-7105-01 is issued — category 1.2 with fourteen specialized subcategories, including number 12, manufactured cabinets and countertops. All of it is verifiable in the public register of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
How quickly do you answer a request?
Every request that comes in through the form gets an answer, and we confirm our availability for your target dates as soon as the calendar has been checked. If we cannot take the package, we say so right away rather than leave you waiting.
How do you invoice?
By the package, on a fixed price agreed in advance from the drawings and the product list, or at an hourly rate for adjustment and callback work. Payment terms, progress billing and holdbacks are written into the agreement before the work starts.
Do you warranty the installation?
Yes. We stand behind our labour: if an adjustment comes down to the installation, we come back and correct it. Defects in the product itself fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, which we document with photos and measurements to support your claim.
Do you supply the material?
Usually not: you supply the cabinets, the countertops and the hardware. We supply the labour, the tools, the fasteners, the shims and the installation consumables. If you would like us to handle procurement, that can be discussed case by case.
What territory do you cover?
The Quebec City area and its surroundings, on both shores. Beyond that, write to us with the volume and the dates: we will tell you honestly whether the travel is realistic for both sides.
